New Zealand is located in the South Pacific Ocean approximately 1,600 km
south east of Australia. New Zealand consists of two main islands, the
North Island and South Island plus a number of surrounding smaller
islands. New Zealand covers an area of 270,534 sq. km and is home to a
population of over 4 million people. The capital city is
Wellington, however Auckland, home of LIONZONE, is the largest city, home
to nearly a third of the population.
New Zealand is a beautiful country with breathtaking landscapes, beaches,
mountains and lakes - a delight for visitors. New Zealand is well known
for rugby, watersports, outdoor activities and its down to earth, friendly
and outgoing people. 'Kiwis' also love to socialise.
