LIONZONE's Beer School hosts a practical night course in personal brewing and appreciation of beer that will allow you an opportunity to become a certified Lion Beer School graduate.
You will be trained by real brewers in the heart of the brewery at LIONZONE and will have the opportunity to interact with them one on one during your hands on brewing experience. The course will be held from 6.00pm-8.00pm with classes held over four weeks.
This course aims to grow your knowledge and appreciation of beer whilst giving you confidence in the brewing process and varieties of beer. We will focus on craft brewing and during the course you will create your own beer with your work group.
The course covers the principles of personal brewing, brewing science, the barley to beer process and the art of tasting.
Over the four night course - it will be ALL ABOUT BEER!
$249.00 incl GST - includes your personal brew kit consisting of everything you need to start brewing, sample beers, Beermaster CD Rom and Lion Beer School certificate.
